No one knows your brand better than you. One of the first tools we use in the design process is our ears. We listen and we learn, we ask questions and take notes.
We need know who you are and what you want. This means examining your business needs, the market in which you operate and your rival brands. Gaining these insights into your business enables us to build a strategic framework and help us to develop a narrative structure of your current brand and provide us with the tools to evolve your brand and business vision for the future.
Your clients and competitors, past present and future all have an opinion of you based on your brand perception. We use our first tool of listening again to harness this deluge of dialogue and opinion and put it to good use. Once we’ve collected and collated our research, we need to mould it into something useful and determine who, where and what you are.
We‘ll spend time with your team, sketch ideas, and present relevant options. We won’t try to sell you something you don’t need but we will suggest new ways to engage your markets that you might not have thought of.
We’ve been listening and planning; now it’s our turn to take that material and translate it. Great design isn’t just about pretty pictures, there’s no point in making something look good if it doesn’t communicate to your market. We believe the best design has narrative behind it, engaging and informing your customers with an interesting story.
Every brand has its own individual qualities that make it unique. And we will always advise you on the best way to go. Whichever route is decided, you can be confident of work that’s imaginative, focused and exceeds expectations.
Once your brand is live it’s nice to know it’s not alone. If you’re working with printers or other agencies we’re happy to help them along to see your brand is carried consistently across all aspects of visual identity – from liveries and signage, to merchandise and marketing materials.
